We started ClearPath because families deserve better than figuring this out alone.
Senior transitions are complicated. The care system is hard to navigate. The real estate process is emotionally loaded. And most families are trying to manage both at once, often in the middle of a crisis. We built ClearPath to change that.
Our story
ClearPath Senior Transitions was founded in Northwest Arkansas to serve families navigating one of life's most complex chapters — the senior transition.
We saw families struggling to understand the difference between assisted living and memory care, trying to sell a home while simultaneously figuring out where Mom was going to live, and feeling like they were doing it all without a guide.
We built ClearPath to be that guide. We combine senior living placement expertise with senior-focused real estate services — so families have one trusted advisor for both sides of the transition.
